Hello,

Can you let us know if they is a company similar to Claims Direct that we can use to get some help after an accident.  We were involved in a bad accident on Wednesday when a lorry hit us and forced us off the motorway.  The driver has admitted it was his fault and the police have confirmed this.  Appartently our comprehensive insurance doesnt cover a hire car although we have paid for travel assistance.  We have therefore asked if they can ask the lorry drivers insurance company to help but they say that it could take months to get an answer.  We live 15 minutes from town and are lost without transport although it is going to be a while before we can drive again due to injuries.  Any advice would be appreciated.
