20/11/2007 - Andrew Letterse - Question - Spanish Social Security.

HI there,

Very sorry to bother you, I have spent hours searching the internet for the following information but can not find it, can you please help.

I am 45 and looking to move permanently to Spain and live off my saving, it will not be a millionaire lifestyle but enough to get me  through the month but I am a diabetic and take regular medication hence I can not afford private doctors and to pay for my medication. If I am not working how can I enter the Spanish social security system?
