Question - Community Quota.
|
|
I bought a townhouse in spain May 2004, my cuota contribution towards the community fees is listed as 19% which as you probably know goes towards lighting, maintenance, pool and gardens upkeep. My dilemma is this. The community refuse to contribute towards the maintenance of garden areas adjacent to my property on the grounds that the previous owner elected to pay for her own gardener. I see this as being extremely unfair especially when I am contributing not only a larger percentage than most residents but that I actually pay towards those gardens outside their individual properties. Surely this cannot be right. Repeated attempts to view past minutes of AGM meetings have also fallen on deaf ears. The next AGM is scheduled for February 08. Please advise. Tony
