Following the recent publication of a magazine by the Costa del Sol Action Group in which incorrect information is quoted about our Company, OMM would like to make the following statement: OMM at this moment in time is still awaiting the conclusion of a judicial examination to ascertain whether or not there is any basis for the claims made by the Costa Del Sol Action Group. We are confident of a successful conclusion which will then put us in a position to take legal civil action against CDSAG for damages and costs sustained as a result of their unfounded accusations. We would also like to add that OMM is fully regulated in Spain by the Dirección General de Seguros and under this regulation we can advise our clients and give them appropriate investment advice using tax-efficient insurance bonds/wrappers. It is also a legal requirement for us to carry Professional Liability Insurance and a copy of this, along with a copy of our licence from the Dirección General de Seguros, can be viewed on our website here. To add to our credentials, OMM is also a member of the British Chamber of Commerce in Spain and members of the public are welcome to view our details on their website here. If, after reading this, you have any questions or are still in any doubt about our Company, please do not hesitate to contact us directly on 95 283 09 16 and we will be delighted to discuss this with you in more detail.
