Hello , I have been looking at your website ,attempting to glean info.I am President, (Mug)of a newly formed community. My questions are . Does a person have more than one vote if they own several properties,eg the Promoter. Following the first AGM which instigated by the promoters employee .I was appointed President, during the budgetary discussion I challenged the electrical charges which I understood would be changed and included in the minutes. I received a copy of the minutes 42 days later ! and discovered this had not happened I advised them I would not sign the minutes until the correction was made, a further 5 weeks passed and I was told that the previous President (remember this is a brand new community), had signed of the minutes this previous President was never elected and is an employee of the promoter . I think this a fraudulent act. Am I correct. Regards John Park email:
