President of our Community

Dear Sir or Madam,
Could you please assist me in the case
of our President of our Community who is away from the Community for
some time can the Vice President or a nominated member from our
Community who is elected by the President stand in as President and
sign the necessary documents.
I would be very grateful for any
assistance in this matter.
