Wife of Spanish person died intestate one son, home purchased prior to marriage 18 years married. Does the home now go automatically to the son? Does this mean the son could sell and leave his mother homeless? Surely this cannot be correct. At the time of purchase they lived and worked together, prior to the son's birth they got married. |
