- Samantha Wilson - Opting out of a Community

My husband and I have had enough but do not want to move house, we wonder is there any way that we can opt out of the Community. We live on the edge of the Community, on a main road, we have our own pool, so do not use the community pool. Is it possible to do this in Spain legally and therefore opt out of paying fees within the community, we have heard from a friend of a friend that this has been done, but we can’t find out anything else about it.
